We have a strict selection policy in-place, The "Educator Application Form" is required to be filled-up in all aspects and honestly.
The selection criteria is based upon the information submitted by the applicant.
The short listed candidates will be contacted by our staff to conduct an initial interview held at the Early Steps Family Day Care office.
The references will be contacted to discuss and confirm the information authenticity provided by the candidate.
A second interview will be conducted by our staff member with the candidate & also visit the applicants home to accomplish a Home Safety check.
The candidates who have filled-up the application form are required to complete and/or provide the all the original documents mentioned in the form before becoming an Educator
